You have been honorably discharged from the Nebula Vanguard as an Elite Operative.  You have spent your military career travelling the cosmos, conquering primitive planets and civilizations, all in the name of the Vanguard.  Your special training has equipped you with skills that would benefit any group of mercenaries, adventurers, operatives, etc.

-You can choose to take flight or land as your movement action

-You gain a +10ft bonus to your movement speed while flying

-You gain Advantage on Spell Attacks while flying

-You gain Resistance to Ranged Attacks while flying

-You can maintain flight for up to 5 minutes

-Can only be used once per short rest/twice per long rest
