Blade Dancer

A Blade Dancer is an ideal of fighting that very few have ever achieved. Strong, yet dexteritous. Graceful, yet menacing. Polar opposites, yet they become one, as a Blade Dancer.

As a blade dancer, you were taught by a master. You learned under them, and in return they gave you shelter and sustenance. As you make a Blade Dancer character, think; why did your character leave? Did you fulfill your training? Maybe an argument forced you away from your master? Or maybe you left at your master's order, to hunt something, maybe prove yourself worthy? Consider this when you choose this subclass.

Blade Dance

You gracefully attack multiple enemies at once. As a bonus action, Choose an amount of targets equal to your Proficiency Bonus, and attack them, dealing 1d8 slashing damage on a hit. You have 2 uses for this feature, and you regain them at the end of a long rest.

The damage you deal with this feature increases to 2d8 at level 11.

Blade Dance Improvement: Veil

You can use a bonus action once per long rest to gain temporary Hit Points equal to your Dexterity Modifier ×5.

Blade Dance Improvement: Retribution

you can now use Blade Dance as a reaction, the rules for this are as follows:

When you get hit, you can use a reaction to summon a flurry of swords, surrounding you in a 5 ft sphere. Roll to attack all creatures and objects within 5 ft of you, dealing 1d4 slashing damage on a hit. This feature can only be used once per long rest.

Blade Dance Improvement: Reflection

You gain access to the Reflection action, and All creatures that attack you with melee weapons have disadvantage on their attack roll until your next turn, when you use this action. You can only use this action once per long rest, at the start of your turn, and using this action ends your turn. You cannot use reactions while the effects of the Reflection Action are active.

Blade Dance Mastery

You now can use Blade Dance indefinitely.
