Way of the Waves

A way of the waves monk can be calm and timid like the unbroken surface of a lake, or unleashing an incredible torrent down on their enemies like a tsunami. Monks that practice way of the waves have an innate connection to the oceans and seas, most likely due to their race or having lived their entire lives on the open waters. With this connection they can change the flow of a current with the special techniques learned over many years. As they grow more powerful their control over the water is better honed to where they can learn to sink ships with their waves, and even shape the waters to their very whim.

Heart of The Sea

When you hit with an unarmed strike(or a monk weapon) you may channel the ocean through your strike, dealing cold damage instead of the normal damage type, and when you role a critical you regain ki equal to your proficiency bonus, this can only be done once per turn.

Water Techniques

The first thing to learn as a way of the waves monk is to control the water around you. Water Techniques grants you the ability to use two ki consuming attacks.

Tail Techniques

You gain the ability to summon forth the fury of the waves with two new Wave techniques
