Ethereal Heart

It is a plane out of phase. It is a place of ghosts and monsters. It is right next to you, and you don't even see it. Yet somehow it has made its way into your heart and soul. Whether a ghost took harbor inside you at some point, or used you as a portal back to the material plane, perhaps Ptah them self has seen something in you he decided to open. Whatever the case, it has changed you, you are now connected directly with the ethereal plane.

Eyes of the Spirits

1st-level Ethereal Heart feature

You can see into the Ethereal Plane out to 15 ft. (5th) Your sight of the Ethereal Plane has extended it's reach to 30ft. (10th) You can see into the Ethereal Plane as far as your as can allow. You also have truesight out to 5ft, you can extend your truesight out to 30ft by spending 3 sorcery points.

Strength of the Soul

1st-level Ethereal Heart feature

You learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown on the Strength of the Soul spells table. Each of these spells counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of sorcerer spells you know.

Soul of Service

6th-level Ethereal Heart feature

You gain the ability to call forth a faithful soul to harass your foes. As a bonus action, you can spend 3 sorcery points to magically summon a Soul of Service to target one creature you can see within 120 feet of you. The spirit uses the ghost statistics with the following changes:

• The soul may take any desired form from tiny to medium.
• It appears with a number of temporary hit points equal to half your sorcerer level.
• It has no resistances or Immunities.
• At the start of its turn, the soul automatically knows its target’s location. If the target was hidden, it is no longer hidden from the soul.
• "Withering Touch" only does 2d6+3 necrotic damage on hit.
• It cannot use it's skill "Possession".
• "Horrifying Visage" fear effect only lasts until the beginning of the soul's next turn.
• If the soul dies, all fear effects it has caused wears off immediately on all creatures effected.

The soul appears in an unoccupied space of your choice within 30 feet of the target. The soul takes it's turn immediately after yours, it can only attack or use "Horrifying Visage" on it's turn. Additionally, while the soul is within 5 feet of the target, the target has disadvantage on saving throws against any spell you cast. The soul disappears if it is reduced to 0 hit points, if its target is reduced to 0 hit points, or after 5 minutes.

Spectral Jaunt

14th-level Ethereal Heart feature

As a bonus action you may summon a portal through the Ethereal Plane, one from your location, and another anywhere within 60ft. that you can see and travel through it with the same bonus action or just summon the portal for later use. The portals stay open for 5 minutes after being summoned and can be dispelled by spells like dispel magic. You can only have 4 total portals open at a time, if you summon another set of portals, the first set are closed.

Ethereal Form

18-level Ethereal Heart feature

You can spend 6 sorcery points as a bonus action to magically transform yourself into a ghostly form. In this form, you have resistance to Acid, Fire, Lightning, Thunder; Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing from Nonmagical Attacks. You gain damage immunity to Cold, Necrotic, Poison. You also gain condition immunity to Charmed, Exhaustion, Frightened, Grappled, Paralyzed, Petrified, Poisoned, Prone, Restrained and you can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. You take 5 force damage if you end your turn inside an object.

You remain in this form for 1 minute. It ends early if you are incapacitated, if you die, or if you dismiss it as a bonus action.
