Base Class: Fighter
Dark Swordsmen have trained for years to have an incredible reaction time, which allows you to act extraordinarily quickly. At lower levels, you gain the ability to use your speed to wield longswords and gain advantages for wielding only one sword and no shield. The legendary hero Kirito was a Dark Swordsman. You grow stronger for wielding only one sword, can fly intermittently, and gain the ability to deflect projectiles with your blade. At higher levels, you gain the special ability to temporarily use multiple swords to deal massive damage and eventually get the ability to overcome death itself.
Dark Swordsman
A combination of experience and talent gives you incredible combat prowess. While you're not wielding a shield, you gain the following benefits:
Your AC is increased by 1.
When you wield a variable weapon in one hand, you may treat it as if you are using it with both hands. Also, you can use your dexterity modifier for attack and damage rolls for longswords.
Your movement speed increases by 5.
Faerie Wings
As a move action, you can grow dark wings, granting you a flying speed equal to your movement speed until your next turn. You can then take the Dash action as a free action. You can use this a number of times equal to your dexterity modifier, and uses reset on a long rest.
Bullet Deflection
When you would be hit by a ranged attack that targets only you and you are holding a sword and no shield, you can use a reaction to deflect it with your sword. The damage is reduced by 2d10 plus your dexterity modifier. If the damage is reduced to 0, you can make a ranged attack against any target within 30 feet of you. On a hit, it deals 2d8 damage. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your dexterity modifier, and uses recharge on a long rest.
Double Sword Flurry
Once per short rest, you can enter a self-destructive rage in which you can attack extremely fast for one minute. For its duration, you gain the following benefits:
You can ignore the restriction on dual-wielding longswords. You can draw or stow weapons without spending an action. The Dueling fighting style still applies even if you are holding two weapons, as does the Dark Swordsman feature
Whenever you make a weapon attack with a sword held in one hand as an attack action, you can make an attack with a sword held in the other hand. Every time you do so, you take 1d10 damage.
Strength Beyond Death
Once per long rest, when you would die, you can choose to instead regain 1 hit point. For the next minute, you have advantage on attacks and take no damage from your Dual Wielding feature. You have immunity to all damage until your next turn.

Posted Feb 26, 2021First. Like the idea. Some of the abilities are a little bit pushed but the idea is great!
