Base Class: Bard
Nobody Knows if the College of Romanticism is a real College of bards, or if it's just a false discipline created by a drunken bard who had nothing better to do. However, nobody can decline it's effectiveness. By using heart charming melodies these bards can awaken the true strength of others, only obtainable with the power of love.
Charming Performer
At 3rd level, you become proficient in the Performance and Persuasion skills. If you are already proficient with one, you become proficient with a Charisma Skill of your choice.
Heart Break
Your usage of words and magic is unmatched, allowing you to manipulate your oponent's emotions, damaging them at the same time.
At 3rd Level, when a creature is charmed in an area 60ft. arround you, you can use your reaction or a bonus action to manipulate their emotions, dealing 1d8 Psychic damage to that creature. This attack will not end that creature's charmed condition.
You have three uses of this feature, and you regain one after you finish a short rest, or all three after you finish a long rest
The damage of this feature increases to 2d8 at 7th level, 3d8 at 13th level and 4d8 at 17th level
Ballad of the Lovers
By using your charming words, you are able to magically form a bond with an ally, geatly increasing both's strength.
At 6th level, you can use 3 uses of your Bardic Inspiration to make a friendly creature of your choice your lover for 1 minute.
Both you and your lover gain the following benefits:
•When one of the two takes damage, the other can use it's reaction to reduce the damage taken by a number equal to their level rounded down
•When one recovers hit points via features or spells, the other recovers half the hit points recovered by the lover rounded down
•Both lovers become inmune to the Charm condition
After using this feature, you must wait after finishing a long rest to use it again
Don Juan
Your mastery over charm and love is unmatched, at 14th level, when the effect of Ballad of the lovers ends, you can use your reaction to make another friendly creature your lover until the end of your next turn.
This feature has one use, and it's regained at the same time as the use of Ballad of the Lovers
