You slowly become a dragon.

Chosen Dragon

At 2nd level, you choose one type of dragon as your ancestor. The damage type associated with each dragon is used by features you gain later.

You can speak, read, and write Draconic. Additionally, whenever you make a Charisma check when interacting with dragons, your proficiency bonus is doubled if it applies to the check.

Draconic Resilience

As magic flows through your body, it causes physical traits of your dragon ancestors to emerge. At 2nd level, your hit point maximum increases by 1 and increases by 1 again whenever you gain a level in this class.

Additionally, parts of your skin are covered by a thin sheen of dragon-like scales. When you aren’t wearing armor, your AC equals 13 + your Dexterity modifier.

Dragon Wings

At 6th level, you gain a pair of dragon wings on your back, gaining a flying speed equal to your current walking speed. 

You can’t wear armor unless the armor is made to accommodate them, and clothing not made to accommodate your wings might be destroyed.

Dragon Head

Your head is now a dragon head. You have a breath weapon and 30 feet radius truesight. Breath Weapon: You can use your action to exhale destructive energy. Your draconic ancestry determines the damage type of the exhalation. When you use it the AOE is a 15-foot-cone and the save is a con. save. The DC is 8 + Cm+Pb. The creature takes 6d8 damage on a failed save and half that on a successful one. After you use your Breath Weapon you can't use it again until after a short or long rest.

Dragon Body and Legs

You now have a Dragon Body and Dragon Legs. You keep your arms and gain four draconic legs. You now have an armor class of 19 if you didn't already. You add 200 to your hip point maximum. You now have a walking speed of 40 and a flying speed of 80. You also have a swimming speed of 30. You also gain a tail.
