Keeper of the Lunar Clock

Your control over time combined with your sheer agility can make you a most deadly foe, able to effortlessly dodge any attacks and unleash a brutal counterattack, surrounding foes with a countless amount of knives. In your world of stopped time, nobody can challenge you.

Your World

Starting at 3rd level, you gain the ability to enter your own world: one where time is stopped. Every half hour, gain one time token. You can hold a maximum of 5 time tokens at a time. After a short or long rest, you gain the maximum amount of tokens you can hold. As a bonus action, spend as much time tokens as you wish. For each time token spent, stop time for two second. You also regain any actions and movements you have spent.

Your maximum amount of time counters increases as you reach level 9, 13, and 17

Hellish Attack

While time is stopped, you can use an action to throw out an absurd amount if knives. As an attack in stopped time, use one dagger. This dagger (somehow) grants you the ability to throw out up to 50 knives. It takes about two seconds to throw out all of them. You can throw them however you decide, and you only have to make one attack per opponent no matter how much knives you throw at them. 10 daggers deal 5+6d4 damage to the opponent, and this damage becomes additive.

The amount of knives able to be thrown increases at levels 9, 13, and 17.

Attack Grazing

When an attack made against you fails, you can use a reaction to gain one time counter as well as 1d4 that you may add to an attack roll. You can store as much of these d4s as you want, and you can spend as much of them on an attack as you want.

Hellish Counterattack

Begining at level 13, Your World can be used as a reaction. However, each time token only counts for one second due to sudden usage of the ability.

Illusion World: The World

Starting at 17th level and once per long rest, you may use this. As an attack, expend one dagger to throw fifty knives at an opponent. Then, without using any time tokens, stop time and throw up to 200 knives out, spread in any way you desire.
