Base Class: Rogue
Fortune's Favored have an uncanny connection to luck. How they use it is as varied as the luck itself.
Fluke
Starting at 3rd level, you gain a number of flukes equal to ½ your rogue level, rounded up. Whenever you make an attack roll, a saving throw, or an ability check, you can spend one fluke point to give yourself advantage on the roll. You can use the fluke point before or after you know the result of the roll. You regain all expended flukes after completing a short or long rest.
Bend Fate
Starting at 9th level, when a creature within 60 feet of you that you can see makes an attack roll, a saving throw, or an ability check, you can spend one fluke to give them advantage or disadvantage on the roll. You make this choice when you use this feature. You can use the fluke before or after you know the result of the check.
Born Lucky
Starting at 13th level, whenever you have advantage on an attack roll, a saving throw, or ability check, you can reroll one of the dice once.
Reversal of Fortune
At 17th level, whenever you have disadvantage on an attack roll, a saving throw, or an ability check, you can reroll one of the dice once. You may choose either the original result or the new roll.
In addition, when you roll a 1 on a d20, you can spend two flukes to treat it as if you had rolled a 20.
