Wizard
Base Class: Wizard

When you get down to it, magic and cooking aren't too different. Combining elements of transmutation, evocation a splash of conjuration, and a pinch of enchantment you learned how to cook some of the most delicious delicious meals known in the realm. Sometimes you wish you'd gone down a more traditional path, but then you remember when you used to eat old jerky and hard tack.

Knowledge and the means

When you choose this school at 2nd level, you gain proficiency in cooks utensils, additionally they may be used as a spellcasting focus.

starting at 2nd level, if you lack cooks utensils, you may use an action to summon a magic set of them to use, which last 1 hour.

You also gain proficiency in nature and survival, representing the knowledge and ability to procure the finest of wild ingredients

Magically Delicious

Starting at 2nd level, when using your cooks utensils to prepare food, you may cast expend a spell slot into the meal to magically enhance it. This enhancement lasts for a number of hours equal to the level you expend

You may create a number of rations over the course of a short rest, equal to your proficiency modifier.

When consumed over the course of a minute, the creature that eats them must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell DC. A creature that fails is subjected to the Charm Person spell.

In either case, the creature does not know you attempted to charm it.

Your rations have additional effects depending on what ingredients you use

Sugar- gain 1d4 + the chef's intelligence modifier temp hp

Spice- add 1d4 to damage rolls, a number of times equal to the spell level used for 1 hour

Everything nice- add 1d4 to saves, a number of times equal to the spell level used, for 1 hour

These increase to 1d6 at level 6, 1d8 at level 10, and 1d10 at level 14

Preparation Style

Starting at 6th level, thanks to your hobby as an adventurer, you know the value of a good meal prepared ahead of time. This knowledge manifests itself as a meal prep specialty. Choose one of the following specialties. You can choose a new specialty when you gain a level in this class, replacing the old one.

Marinated

Your meals have been absorbing their sauces and spices, letting them last longer. Your dishes take a full long rest to prepare but the magic can remain for up to two weeks.

On the go

Your rations might not be up to your standards, but they're quick to eat. A creature can consume your special rations with a bonus action

Slow Roasted and Simmering

Due to your slow and methodical cooking you have brought out the true potential of your dishes. Your dishes take a full long rest to prepare, though you need not be awake for it.

When a creature rolls dice for a "Magically Delicious" effect, they may double the total rolled on the dice.

Chaos of the Kitchen

Starting at 10th level, your experience with the hustle and bustle of a busy kitchen, and a busy life, has granted you some bonus abilities.
