Base Class: Artificer
Curse Crafters seek to use the powers of curses for their own goals, this often includes Witches, Craftsmen and practitioners of Voodoo.
They specialize in the removal, prevention and dealings of curses, as such they often have ties to Devils, Angels and Fey creatures.
Tools of the Trade
You gain proficiency with martial weapons. You also gain proficiency with jeweler’s tools. If you already have this proficiency, you gain proficiency with one other type of artisan’s tools of your choice.
Curse Crafter Spells
Your magical understanding of dark arts grants you access to a cast of extra spells. At 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th level you gain access to additional spells.
Once you gain access to a circle spell, you always have it prepared, and it doesn’t count against the number of spells you can prepare each day. If you gain access to a spell that doesn’t appear on the artificer spell list, the spell is nonetheless an artificer spell for you.

Accursed Strike
At 3rd level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with accursed energy. You make a weapon attack using your Intelligence modifier for attack and damage instead of Strength or Dexterity.
The target must also succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell casting DC or be afflicted by the Bestow curse spell until the end of your next turn.
This Bestow curse, does not require your concentration.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Empowered Curse
Starting 5th level you've learned the dark magic required to cast a deadly curse.
Once per long rest, you may cast Bestow Curse, without expending a spell slot.
When you cast this empowered Bestow Curse you may sacrifice Hit Dice in place of spell slots to cast the spell at higher level, at the exchange of one Artificer Hit Dice for each spell level above 3rd.
As long as this Bestow Curse is in effect, the sacrificed Hit Dice are removed from your Hit Dice pool.
Should you choose to lift the curse as a free action, the curse be dispelled or run out it's duration, the sacrificed Hit Dice will return to you upon finishing a long rest.
Minor Cursed Item
Starting 9th level, you gain advantage on saving throws against being Frightened or Charmed.
Additionally, you can now perform a 1-hour-long ritual to curse a singular item, the item must be able to fit within a 5ft cube.
As part of this ritual you need 500 gold worth of amethyst dust, which the ritual consumes.
Once the ritual is complete, a creature wearing or using the item for more than an hour, will be subject to one of the curses from the table below.
All negative effects of the curse end immediately once a Remove curse is cast on the target, unless stated otherwise.
Your DM decides whether you choose the effect, or roll it.
