Base Class: Wizard
Your time studying the true form of magic and how it is woven in reality has given you the ability to flaunt some of the laws of magic.
(Basically this subclass is made to get rid of all of the annoying spell rules.)
Ritualist
Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, you learn to cast long, boring, rituals in the blink of an eye. When a spell you have prepared has the ritual tag, you may use an action to cast it instantly, instead of using the casting time shown. This feature has no effect on spells that already have a casting time of 1 action. You may use this ability twice. You regain any expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Magical Combination
You have begun to take your first bound into flaunting the rules of magic. Also at 2nd level, you ignore the rules regarding Combining Magical Effects (PHB: 205). This means spells you cast do overlap, as long as they don't break any other rules(like giving advantage more than once on an attack roll, etc).
Practiced Concentration
You have learned to weave magic into your spells so that you are able to flout the rules of magic even further. Starting at 6th level, you may concentrate on a number of spells equal to one-third your wizard level. You make concentration checks for each of them when called for, and if you fail any concentration checks, you lose concentration on all spells that you are currently concentrating on. You still lose concentration on all spells you are concentrating on when you are incapacitated or you die.
Reactive Magic
Starting at 10th level, you have begun practicing with reacting to cast spells, and have figured out a trick to flout the rules even further. When you take the ready action(PHB: 193) to ready a spell, you do not cast the spell as the action, but during the trigger. Therefore, the spell does not require concentration(Until the casting of the spell if the spell itself required concentration), and you do not expend the spell slot unless you take the trigger.
Swift Caster
You have found a breakthrough in the Weave of magic. Starting at 14th level, you ignore the rules regarding Casting Time of spells using a bonus action(PHB: 202). This means you can cast spells, with levels or without, as a bonus action or action without any adverse effect.

Posted Nov 28, 2018I really hope that I'm not the only one who's thought of this. I'm debating on switching the 2nd level and 10th level features. Any feedback is appreciated!
Notes:
1. Ritualist does not state that the spell is cast as a ritual, so a spell slot is still expended, but if the spell has upgraded abilities for casting it with higher spell slots, the caster may use a higher spell slot to do cast the spell as so.
2. An example for Magical Combination. The wizard casts haste twice on the fighter over two rounds. The fighter now has a +4 to AC, two extra actions that can be used only as described in the spell's description, quadrupled speed, and advantage on dexterity saving throws. When either haste ends, the fighter is unable to move or take actions for their next turn, though if both ended at once due to lack of concentration, the fighter would have these drawbacks for two turns. Note that for this scenario to happen, the wizard needs the 6th level feature as well.
3. For Practiced Concentration, the concentration check for all spells concentrated on is required in any case where a concentration check would be needed(e.g. Taking damage). At no other time would a concentration check be needed, unless the DM called for it.
4. Swift Caster should say "as a bonus action and action" and all the 'flaunt''s should be flouts. Will be fixing soon.
