You gain Tactic die every 3rd, 7th, 10th, 15th and 18th level
that you can use on Battle plans, which you gain 3rd, 7th, 10th, 15th, and 18th level
Battle Tactics
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn Battle plans that are fueled by special dice called Tactic dice.
Battle plans. You learn three battle plans of your choice, which are detailed under “Battle plans” below. Many Battleplan enhance an attack in some way. You can use only one Battle plan per turn.
You learn one additional Battle plan of your choice at 5th, 7th, 10th, 15th, and 18th level. Each time you learn new Battle plans, you may also replace one Battle plan you know with a different one.
Tactic dice. You have three Tactic dice, which are d8s. A Tactic dice is expended when you use it. You regain all of your expended Tactics dice when you finish a short or long rest.
You gain another Tactic dice at 7th, 10th, and 15th level.
Saving Throws. Some of your Battle plans require your target to make a saving throw to resist the Battle plans effects. The saving throw DC is calculated as follows:
Battle plan save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your constitution modifier

The Battle plans are presented in alphabetical order.
Ambush
When you make a Dexterity (Stealth) check or an initiative roll, you can expend one superiority die and add the die to the roll, provided you aren’t incapacitated.
CHARGE!!!
As a bonus action, you may expend one use of Tactic die, then target two friendly creatures within 30 ft allowing them to use a special reaction to move and attack one target within 15ft of you.
Commanders presence
As an action on your turn, you may expend on use your Tactic die to cause creatures within a 15ft cone, roll a Tactic die and half that number (rounded up) will be removed from the next save the creatures make.
Commanders Rally
On your turn, you can use a bonus action and expend one Tactics die to bolster the resolve of three of your companions. When you do so, choose three friendly creatures who can see or hear you. Those creatures gain temporary hit points equal to the Tactic die roll + your Charisma modifier.
Commanders Shout
As an action you can expend on Tactic die to shout causing everyone within a 15ft square centered on you need to make a wisdom saving throw on a failed save they are frightened of you for 1 minute, causing them to immediately use their reactions to run as far away from you as possible.
Distracting Shout
As a bonus action, target one ally within 30ft of you, expend one use of Tactic dice to give them advantage on attacks on their next turn.
Heavy Strike
When you take the attack action with a dexterity based weapon, you may expend a use of Tactic die to add your Strength to the to hit roll and damage roll.
Inspirational speech
As an action you may give up to three creatures within 30ft of you an Inspiration die equal to your Tactic die. It can be used for attack rolls or damage rolls and checks. They last until used or until this ability is used again.
Nimble Strike
When you take the attack action with a strength based weapon, you may expend a use of Tactic die to add your dexterity to the to hit roll and damage roll.
Phalanx Wall
As an action you may expend one use of your Tactic die to give creatures within 10ft square centered on you +2 to their ac until your next turn.
Riposte
When a creature misses you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction and expend one Tactic die to make a melee weapon attack against the creature. If you hit, you add the Tactic die to the attack’s damage roll.
Birds eye view
Starting at level 7, you gain access to the spell Find Familiar with charisma as your spell casting modifier.
No matter the familiar you pick it has
60ft dark vision, a fly speed of 80ft, and you may see through it up to 300ft away as an action. Range increases to 500ft at level 10
Improved Combat Prowess
At 10th level, your superiority dice turn into d10s. At 18th level, they turn into d12s.
Tactic surge
at 15th level Using action surge grants one use of your tactic die back and grants you a free use of a Tactics on the turn you use Action surge
Tactic superiority
Whenever you or an ally under the effects of your Battle plans critically hit, you gain one use your Tactic dice back.
