Art of the Work
As a master Poisoner and Toxin expert, your craft is everything. not only can you inflict these ailments, you've learnt to craft them from scratch, to avoid suspicion of purchase; you know how to make the most intricate of poison's from your own supplies, and have such, experimented enough to create your own style of poison, unique to your own methods. Beginning at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with the Poisoner's Kit; whenever you make a check using the poisoner's kit, you add double your proficiency modifier.
In addition, you learn a "Toxen Craft". You can choose one Toxen Craft at 3rd level, then again at 7th, 11th and 14th. These Toxens use your own "Toxen Save"; made by your own hand, you can decide the lethality of them, and as such, often tend to be more potent than the purchasable versions.
Your Toxen Save is equal to 8+(Your proficiency modifier)+(Your Intelligence modifier.)
You can spend 1 minute to craft 1 of these Toxens; they last until your next long rest, or until used as a coating, and You can make a number of these Toxens equal to your Proficiency bonus per long rest. These poisons can be used in all the same manner of a standard poison.

All Poison's you use deal an additional 1d6 poison damage; at lvl 17, this damage increases to 2d6.
When you spend a minute crafting your Toxen's, you can choose one Toxen, and spend an additional hour on perfecting it. This Toxen is considered an "Enhanced Toxen", and gains additional effects based on the following:
Nerve Toxen
The Target is stricken with a potent paralysis effect, leaving their body numb to all feeling and incapable of anything. When this Toxen is successfully used, the target is Paralysed for an additional round, and takes 1d6 lightning damage on the start of each of their turns, as their nerves go into rapid shock.
Glaze Toxen
The Target is infatuated with your image, and is willing to do anything for you. When this Toxen is successfully used, the target is Charmed for an additional 1d4 rounds; in addition, the target treats you as their closest friend; During the target's turn, if the target has taken damage whilst you are in their vision, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on their saving throw to end the effects.
Extorses Toxen

When the Toxen is successfully used, the target takes an additional 1d6 psychic damage on the start of each of their turns; in addition, when the target would attempt to make a Strength or Dexterity Saving throw whilst you are in their vision, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on their roll, as you watch them suffer through their agony.
Weakness Toxen
The Target's Walls are broken down, as you find ways to shred them of their defences, leaving them vulnerable and weak. When this toxen is successfully used, the target takes an additional 1d6 damage, matching the element. In addition, the target loses their resistance for 1d4 rounds, rather than 1; if the target has no resistance to that type, they become Vulnerable to that damage type, until the end of your next turn.
Perfection of the Poison
Your extensive work with poison's have left you with what you believe to be the greatest skills known to many; a master Poisoner, your trade beyond many minds, and your skills beyond what many could even attempt to comprehend. Along the way, you have learnt how to be the most effective with poisons, and built up a natural immunity to the very thing you create.
Beginning at 17th level, you gain immunity to Poison damage;
When you use an action to coat a poison, you can choose to "Enhance" the poison; you apply it with expert precision, getting the perfect dosage, for the perfect target. When using that coating of poison, you ignore immunity to poison damage, and to any creature that has the poison status immunity. If the creature has the status immunity, it gets to roll the saving throw at advantage.
You can use this effect a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and regain all uses on a long rest.
