Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Nearly all rogues find that their skills rely on two things; speed and precision, however a persons body can only move so fast. in order to bypass this limitation rogues will become lightning riders, people of immense speed and danger zipping through the battlefield as fast as a bolt of lightning.

Rapid Strike

You gain a pool of Rapid equal to your level in this class. when you make a melee weapon attack on your turn you can use a bonus action to make additional melee weapon attacks up to your proficiency bonus by spending Rapid from the pool. When you finish a long rest your pool of Rapid replenishes.

In addition when you engage in two-weapon fighting, you can add your ability modifier to the damage of the offhand attack.

Voltaic Concord

You have found yourself in concord with the elemental force of lightning and can briefly take on its aspects. when you role sneak attack you can turn any d6 into a d8 and the damage type becomes lightning.

Battle Charge

Once per turn when you take the dash action you may choose a number of targets you pass within 5 feet of during your movement. Those creatures must make a dexterity saving throw DC equal to 8+Proficiency+Constitution modifier. On a successful save the creature takes half damage. on a failed save the creature takes half the number of sneak attack dice for your level (round up) in lighting damage and cannot use their reaction until the start of their next turn.

you can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.

Voltaic Discharge

As an action you can discharge the remainder of your rapid in order to stun your enemies. Each creature in a 20 foot radius of you must make a dexterity saving throw DC 8+proficiency+constitution modifier or take a number of d10s equal to your spent Rapid in lightning damage and be stunned until the end of your next turn.

Levin Discharge

When you use your Voltaic Concord to deal Sneak Attack damage to a creature, you can force that target to make a Constitution saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier). If the save fails, the target is stunned for 1 minute. The stunned target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Once you use this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest, unless you expend five Rapid to use it again.
