Base Class: Bard
A party of adventuring heroes stands on the front-lines of a great war, adorned in stark red robes that stand out among the greys and silvers of the surrounding army's iron and steel. Their mere presence alone strikes fear into the heart of the imposing threat and as they walk calmly across the battlefield, it is as if no one can even get near them. Their cloaks glow with an otherworldly energy, deflecting blows here and there, billowing behind them as their speed increases, some even whipping the cloaks about to fire a spell at nearby enemies. These powerful, stark red cloaks draw the attention of everyone around them, and you can't help but wonder....Who made them?
A bard of The College of Fashion is the silent, but deadly killer. Their powerful magic is weaved into the very fabric of the clothes they wear. Some may see this as something any simply enchantment may be able to do, but to a bard, it is a lifestyle. Every once of their power and being goes into the clothing they create. They weave with the upmost care for their designs, making sure every stitch is right, that no hem is left uneven. Their masterpieces are also their greatest weapon for both themselves and their allies. Their inspiration comes from the beauty and style and trends of the world around them.
Fashionista
Your knowledge of fashion, fabrics, patterns, and trends allows you to know a lot about a person just by looking at them. At 3rd level you gain the ability to study a person's armor, garments and accessories with a passing, judgmental glance. Whether or not they meet your personal standards is up to you. But you may cast a judgemental glare upon a person's clothing to learn 2 of the following traits (if applicable, i.e you won't learn anything looking at a naked person except that they're naked, etc etc): their social status, their economic status, or what part of the world they hail from, You may use this ability a number of times equal to your bard level every time you complete a long rest.

You can only use your magical energy to create one piece of Arcane Apparel at a time. If the apparel that you have created is destroyed or heavily damaged you may spend a long rest to create another piece of Arcane Apparel.
If you're Arcane Apparel is stolen or lost or you are somehow unable to get it back, you may forgo a single long rest to instead spend the entire time performing a ritual to banish the current piece of Arcane Apparel from existence entirely so that you may create a new one. This ritual requires the following: 30gp worth of incense and any item that is the same color of the apparel that you are trying to banish.
