Bard
Base Class: Bard

"I knew very little of my mother, she was an elf, a general, and a sorceress. But my father would often tell me one of her old adages: "Fight wars through peace". For the longest time I hadn't a clue what kind of divine wisdom my father had claimed she imparted, I assumed that it likely had something to do with espionage, commerce or trite like that. But after Domus, after Xander, after all the irresponsible magic I saw, I understood what she must've meant. It doesn't matter how strong a weapon your opponent has if they're too irresponsible to use it, I can do better with magic, I can be better with magic, the magic of winning a fight without firing a single spell of my own, when the other bards sing my name in their odes, that will be my legacy, a College of Peace."

~ Marco, of House Illimoria

The College of Peace is a bardic subclass built around support and the disruption of enemy casters.

At Level 3:

Bonus Proficiencies

Sylver Tongue

Restorative Drive: Mending

At Level 6:

Additional Magical Secrets

At Level 14:

Anthem of the Peaceful

Bonus Proficiencies

When you join the College of Peace at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with three skills of your choice.

Sylver Tongue

Also at 3rd level, you are inspired by the threats of your foes. When a creature that you can hear casts a spell, you can use your reaction to expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration to weave a magic laced phrase and corrupt the spell being casted by rephrasing the caster's diction, with the outcome at your DM's discretion, this requires a [check]persuasion[/check] with the spell's level subtracted from the roll.

Example:

Foe: "Powerword Kill"

User: Powerword kill... -" the ailments that afflict my allies"

~ Becomes greater restoration upon a success

Additional Magical Secrets

At 6th level, you learn two spells of your choice from any class. A spell you choose must be of a level you can cast, as shown on the Bard table, or a cantrip. The chosen spells count as bard spells for you but don’t count against the number of bard spells you know.

Restorative Drive: Mending

Your drive for peace has taken root in your magic. You have access to an enhanced version of Mending . It now repairs inorganic damage that is up to 10 square feet

Anthem of the Peaceful

When using Sylver Tongue you may extend an extra bardic inspiration to add your performance skill modifier to the DC of Sylver Tongue on top of your persuasion modifier, expending another Bardic Inspiration will allow you to heal one ally per every extra Bardic Inspiration used for 1d4 x the level of the spell being corrupted
