Base Class: Fighter
Blade Dancers fight as one with their weapon, using it like an extension of their own body. They move gracefully between precise strikes at their opponents, while weaving in and out of their surroundings to engage with multiple foes whenever they reveal a weakness. Those who have fought along side a Blade Dancer describe their fighting style akin to a grand performance, a single fighter cutting down swathes of opponents effortlessly.

Shifting Strikes
3rd-level Blade Dancer feature
You move swiftly across the field of battle, dodging gracefully between foes as you make calculated strikes. When you make a successful melee weapon attack, you can instantly move up to 5 feet without provoking opportunity attacks from the target of your attack.
Quick Step
3rd-level Blade Dancer feature
Your quick reflexes allow you to leap into action at a moment’s notice. When you roll for initiative, you can instantly move a number of feet equal to 5 times your proficiency bonus. You can take this movement before or after rolling for initiative, but before the first round of combat.
Flowing Stance
7th-level Blade Dancer feature
You flow easily between stances in battle, maintaining your momentum in order to attack quickly and with precision. Your first weapon attack against each different target on your turn, gains a +1 bonus to the attack and damage rolls.
Additionally, when you take the Attack action, you can use a bonus action on your turn to make a melee weapon attack against a different target.
Show of Skill
10th-level Blade Dancer feature
Your impressive displays in combat allow you to regain one use of your Action Surge feature when you use it to take the Attack action twice on your turn, and make a successful attack against at least 3 different creatures. Once you use this feature, you must finish a short or long rest before you can use it again.
You also gain proficiency in the Performance skill if you don’t already have it.
Art of the Dance
15th-level Blade Dancer feature
The approach of the blade dancer teaches you to weave and feint between attacks in order to confuse your opponents, allowing you to make deceptive strikes against them. When you hit a hostile creature with a weapon attack, you can redirect the attack to another creature within 5 feet of your original target, hitting them automatically. The creature you originally targeted still counts as the target of your attack for the purposes of your Shifting Strikes, Flowing Stance and Show of Skill features.
You can use this feature 5 times and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a short or long rest.
Take a Bow
18th-level Blade Dancer feature
You can quickly size up a foe by taking a bow in recognition of their strength, and measuring their response. On your first turn in combat, you can gain advantage on all attack rolls and Dexterity saving throws made until the start of your next turn as a bonus action. Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest before you can use it again.
Additionally, you have advantage on initiative rolls.
