Battle Doctor

 

You have trained for years in the art of medicine and continue to do so to this very day using it in ways that should hopefully help your party while also helping yourself. 

Medicine Training

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with the herbalism kit and medicine. You can craft 1 potion during a long rest.

Additionally, you can use a health potion on yourself or an ally using your cunning action.

Informed Anatomy

Starting at 3rd level, your sneak attack bonus damage reduces the target's max health by half the bonus damage dealt.

Nobody left behind

Starting at 9th level, your movement speed is increased by 15 feet when moving towards a downed ally. This applies to all forms of movement possessed by the user such as swim speed and flight speed.

You can grapple teammates with no grapple checks to move them from danger. Normal restrictions to movement speed still apply when moving a teammate. If they suffer from a condition that means they no longer ally with you it does not apply.

Revenge for the Fallen

Starting at 17th level, when a teammate is downed, sneak attacks have no requirements for activation against the enemy that downed the teammate. Once the enemy is downed, the effect transfers to the next nearest enemy in sight. This effect ends once all the enemies that are present when the teammate was downed are defeated when there is no enemy in sight or 10mins.

Resuscitate

Your knowledge of medicine has increased to the point you can pull a being back from the brink of death. When an ally has died and has not been dead for more than 1 minute, you may spend an action and make a medicine check, the DC equal to 8 + the character's level if a PC or the CR if an NPC. On a success, the creature is stabilized at 0 hit points and regains 1 hit point at the start of their next turn. You can use this a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier, and regain all expended uses after a long rest.
