Rift Phantom Bloodline

Your innate magic comes from the Riftwell's interactions with your ancestors. While immensely rare, Gamax's kin sometimes spread their power to those whose blood contains his ire for games and mischief. This power can come in many forms, including changing the reality around and inside you, giving those who harness their blood power over the fabric of the universe. The bloodline specifically comes from a creature called a Rift Phantom, a scout of Gamax fabled for their speed and plane shifting abilities.

Phantom Glide

Starting at 1st level, your phantom blood starts to change your biology, allowing you to float off the ground. Your movement speed increases by 5ft, and you gain a climbing speed equal to your walking speed. Additionally, a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest, you can use a bonus action to harness the aura around you to glide. While in this state, you gain a flight speed equal to your walking speed but you are unable to fly upward for a minute.

Riftwell Spellcasting

Starting at 1st level, you learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown on the Riftwell Spells table. Each of these spells counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn't count against the number of sorcerer spells you know.

Mind of a Runner

At 6th level, your mind begins to grow defenses similar to that of your ancestors. You can spend a sorcery point to end a charmed or frightened effect.

Aura of the Phantom

Starting at 6th level, your phantom blood begins to warp reality around you, allowing you to manipulate the space around you. 

Warping Aura. When an attacker that you can see hits you with an Attack, you can use your Reaction and spend a sorcery point to halve the attack's damage against you.

Displacement.  As a bonus action, you can spend a sorcery point to teleport 30ft in any direction.

Ultimate Form

Beginning at 14th level, you can access the form of your ancestors. As a bonus action, you can spend 1 or more sorcery points to magically transform your body for 1 minute. For each sorcery point you spend, you can gain one of the following benefits of your choice, the effects of which last until the transformation ends.

Phantom Arms. 4 arms grow from your back, allowing you to shift from the material plane to the Ethereal Plane, and vice versa as a bonus action. However, these arms do not allow you to hold things

Fins of the Riftwell. Fins grow from your back and sides, adding an additional 15ft to your walking speed.

Reality Forcefield. A 10ft sphere of warped reality surrounds you, whenever an enemy enters this space, you can use your reaction to force them to make a DC {{savec:cha}} STR saving throw, or be knocked back 10ft.

Translucent Physique. Your skin and flesh become hardened and translucent, giving you temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier at the start of your turn.

Molding of the Cosmos

At 18th level, you inherit the reality-warping powers of Gamax himself. As a reaction to an ability check, attack, or spell made by you or an ally you can see within 30ft, you can spend 5 sorcery points to auto-hit on an attack, roll a 20 on a check, or grant maximum damage for a spell.
