College of Silence

Although there aren't many known members of this college, those said to be in the college are also said to be mute, yet still they are also said to have much potential.

Silent Casting

Using a bonus action when you cast a spell, you can remove the verbal component for that spell. You can do this an amount of times equal to your Charisma Modifier + your Proficiency Bonus per long rest.

Silent Echo

Once per long rest, you can cast 1 spell once a turn without consuming a spell slot. The spell has to be the same spell you cast on your last turn. If you didn't cast a spell on your last turn, you cannot use this feature. This feature only works for spells of 5th level or lower.

Silent Reckoning

Once per long rest, you can cast conjure animals, requiring no components nor spell slots. The spell is cast at level 5.
