Base Class: Bard
Music evokes thoughts and can bring memories to the forefront of our minds. Bards in the College of Memories know all about this power that music contains, and have trained extensively to take advantage of it. Rather than spread stories of heroes in long forgotten places, they would rather allow their listeners to vividly remember the best times in their own lives, remind them of forgotten events, and even add new memories that they can cherish. It also allows them to empathize with mourning individuals, and even stop dangerous individuals in their tracks.

If a target successfully resists, you cannot attempt to read its mind again for 24 hours.
