Bonus Proficiencies
3rd-level College of Cuisine feature
You gain proficiency with cook’s utensils. You can also use them as a spellcasting focus for your bard spells.
Magical Morsels
3rd-level College of Cuisine feature
You are able to infuse food with wonderful flavours that uplift any creature that eats them. As part of a short or long rest, you can touch a number of pieces of food equal to your proficiency bonus and infuse them with magical properties. A creature can use a bonus action to eat one of those pieces of food, allowing it to add it’s proficiency bonus to all checks it makes with one skill of its choice for 10 minutes. The chosen skill can be one to which the creature is already adding its proficiency bonus, but cannot be one that is benefiting from a feature that allows the creature to double its proficiency bonus. This enchantment lasts for 8 hours.
Inspiring Aroma
3rd-level College of Cuisine feature
Your knowledge of ingredients and spices allow you to create fantastic aromas that permeate the air. While you are cooking or as a bonus action on your turn, you can create an aura of inspiration in a 30-foot radius around yourself which last for 10 minutes. During that time, when a creature other than you makes an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to grant the creature a bonus to the roll. The bonus is equal to 1 roll of your Bardic Inspiration dice. You can grant this bonus after the creature rolls the d20 before, but before the DM says whether the roll succeeds or fails.
Once you use this bonus action, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Secret Ingredient
6th-level College of Cuisine feature
You gain the ability to prepare fantastic meals and blend raw magic into your cooking like an ingredient. When you finish a long rest, you can cook a magical meal, provided you have ingredients and cook’s utensils on hand. You can prepare enough of this food for a number of creatures equal to your proficiency bonus. At the end of the long rest, any creature who eats the food is fulled by your magical potential. When you cast spell with a range of self or touch, you can make any creature who has eaten this food the target of the spell, provided you can see the creature and you use your cook’s utensils as the spellcasting focus. This effect lasts for 24 hours or until the next time you use this feature.
Fragrant Aromas
14th-level College of Cuisine Feature
Your cooking creates irresistibly mouthwatering scents that no creature can get enough of. Whenever you use your Inspiring Aroma feature, you can roll a d6 and use it instead of expending a Bardic Inspiration die.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (a minimum of once) and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
