Base Class: Ranger
The Envoy of Storms is a Ranger that focuses on the Combat pillar, while also having an inroad to contributing to the Social pillar while having all of the regular tools Rangers have to excel in Exploration. Envoys are usually officially trained in the Haven of Might or some other organization to deal with Storm Giants and are often commissioned or mid-rank officers in the Dorle or Aryssan militaries. Some Envoys are independent and may use their abilities to become adventurers or to support some other objective besides diplomacy. The Envoy is a Ranger that has access to psionic and mental powers most Rangers will never access, and this gives them the edge in Social encounters. Envoys excel in a world of exploration and intrigue while still having combat capabilities to support their allies and deal damage. The Envoy excels in many areas, and while some Rangers may do any single part of the class's role better, the Envoy opens new avenues for Rangers.
