Fast Hands

Starting at 3rd level, you can use the bonus action granted by your Cunning Action to make a Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) check, use your thieves’ tools to disarm a trap or open a lock, take the [Tooltip Not Found] action, or use your healer's kit on a creature of your choice.

First to Act

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain the ability to get to your compatriots first and help in any way you can.

If you use this and you don't use your bonus action to use your healer's kit, you can instead give the ally advantage on their first attack.

Trained by Experts

You've trained with a master in many disciplines and can utilize that training as you grow stronger. Not only do you become more proficient as a  healer you're also able to use spells from your training.

Add 1d6 to your healer's kit starting at 3rd level, every 3 levels. (3rd=2d6),  (6th=3d6), (9th=4d6), (12=5d6), (15=6d6), (18=7d6)

At 3rd level you learn Misty Step.

At 7th you learn Pass without a Trace.

At 9th Darkness

Determined

Starting at 9th level, you have advantage on a Dexterity (Stealth) check if you move no more than half your speed on the same turn.

Use Magic Device

By 13th level, you have learned enough about the workings of magic that you can improvise the use of items even when they are not intended for you. You ignore all class, race, and level requirements on the use of magic items.

Doctor's Reflexes

When you reach 17th level, you have become adept at helping others and quickly escaping danger. You can take two turns during the first round of any combat. You take your first turn at your normal initiative and your second turn at your initiative minus 10. You can’t use this feature when you are surprised.

Your training and calm rational mind help you in unexpected ways. You can add you WIS modifier to your initiative rolls
