Base Class: Warlock
An Incubator offers a contract in which one may have any wish granted in exchange for obtaining magical powers and being tasked with fighting witches. Though it isn't specified until the contract is closed, magicae puellae ‒or magical girls‒ give up their souls to form their Soul Gems, the source of their magic. When a magical girl's Soul Gem is completely emptied out of its energy, or at least emptied out of its positive energy, the girl becomes a witch, the very thing she swore to fight against. Incubators have to keep the magical girl-witch cycle intact.

Pact of the Soul Gem
Prerequisite: Incubator otherworldly patron
If you die while you are not a witch and you are within 300 feet of your soul gem, you come back to life 24 hours later as if revived by the Revivify spell. After this happens once, your soul gem will have consumed a lot of energy and will be visibly damaged, not able to perform such a powerful act again. As a result of your soul being deprived of such an amount of energy, you have disadvantage on all Charisma saving throws after being brought back to life in this way.

Puella Magica
Starting at 1st level, you are deprived of your soul, and it is instilled into a soul gem, which acts as a spellcasting focus only for you.
Also, whenever you spend your last spell slot gained through the Pact Magic feature while not a witch, if your soul gem gets destroyed, if your alignment becomes evil, or if you turn to the witches’ side, you turn into a witch. As a witch, your alignment is evil and can’t be changed to something else, and you don’t gain the benefits of your Magica Form feature.
Also as a witch, any amount of healing you do via the spells you cast, your abilities, and your class features, becomes necrotic damage you deal instead. You can’t revert back from a witch to a puella magica by any means short of a Wish spell.
If you die while you are a witch, your death is permanent, you can't be brought back to life, and your soul can't leave your soul gem (if still intact) and the Plane that it's in.
Magica Form
Also at 1st level, you gain the ability to transform into an alternate persona for up to 8 hours, gaining the following benefits:
• While in your normal form you do not have access to any of your warlock features. You cannot perform a long rest unless in your normal form.
• As an bonus action you can go from your normal form to your magica form, gaining full use of your warlock abilities, or back to your normal form. You also revert back to your normal form automatically if you are unconscious for 3 hours.
• Select one of the following damage types: acid, cold, fire, lightning, necrotic, radiant, or thunder damage. You gain resistance to the chosen damage type. Additionally, your Eldritch Blast cantrip and any spell and you cast which would deal one of those damage types instead deal damage of the selected type.
• When using your magica transformation you can choose to have all or part of your equipment merge into your new form and be replaced by an outfit that is decided upon the first use of the feature. You can also change the appearance of a weapon on your person, but it retains all its features. You can change the weapon you change the appearance of in this way once per long rest.
• While transformed, your appearance, voice, and the equipment that doesn't merge into your new form are magically disguised to protect your identity.
Body Mending
Starting at 6th level, whenever you cast a spell using your soul gem as a spellcasting focus you gain hit points equal to double the level of the spell slot you expended.
Also once while you aren’t missing any hit points and you have your soul gem in one hand, you can use an action to regain a spell slot from your Pact Magic feature. You can’t use this feature again until you finish a long rest.
Fight Against Evil
Starting at 10th level, when you save someone from witches or evil in general (at your DM’s discretion) you gain the benefits of the Dedication effect of the Ceremony spell, and you can benefit from this effect more than once.
Also you have advantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks to know if a creature is evil, and on Intelligence (Investigation) and Wisdom (Insight) checks made about or against evil-aligned creatures.
Rejuvenation
Starting at 14th level, you can perform long rests in your magica form too, and you don’t revert back to your normal form as a result of being unconscious for 3 hours. Additionally after you finish a short rest, you can choose to have any number of creatures within 10 feet of you gain hit points equal to 1d8 + your spell attack bonus, as bright light sheds from each creature healed in this way out to a range of 15 feet for 6 seconds.
