Base Class: Cleric
The Foreign domain draws power from inter-dimensional rifts. Clerics under the Foreign domain can worship any god as long they are from another plane. They gain the ability to temporarily travel in between spaces and banish others from the material plane.
Planar Manipulation
Also starting at 1st level, you can cast misty step without expending a spell slot.
Otherworldly Traveller
As an action, you can magically vanish and enter your own demiplane. Your demiplane resembles the temple of your deity, leaving the temple would bring you back to the material plane. While inside, you can hear the area around where you vanished as if you were still there. Everything you are holding and wearing will also be transported with you, but other creatures cannot enter your demiplane. When you exit your demiplane, you appear in the unoccupied space closest to where you were originally. Any objects left in your demiplane will remain there until carried out. You can enter your demiplane equal to your proficiency bonus.
Channel Divinity: Sudden Departure
Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to force enemies to temporarily leave the material plane.
As an action, you present your holy symbol and channel energy from other planes to transport a creature into the astral plane . Choose a creature within 60 feet of you, the target creature takes 1d10 radiant damage and must succeed a Wisdom saving throw or be transported to the astral plane for 1 round.
This feature will work in reverse if you are in the astral plane
Ethereal Escape
Beginning at 6th level, the boundaries between worlds bend to you at will. You can cast the etherealness spell without expending a spell slot, but the spell ends in 1 hour instead of 8 hours.
Foreign Transport
At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon with unknown energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can choose a creature within 60 ft of you to make a wisdom saving throw or be teleported 20 ft in any direction. Allies can also choose to fail the saving throw.
Critical Banishment
Starting at 17th level, when you deal a critical hit to a creature, you may send that creature into a plane of existence of your choice. There is no way for the creature to return to the material plane unless it has the ability to travel to between planes.
