Base Class: Druid
Druids that follow the Circle of Rebirth have their spells/abilities imbued with aspect of a phoenix, being able to wield fire in their hands to extinguish the life of foes or to lend a helping flame to the ones in need breathing new life into them.

Phoenix Flame
Gifted the flame of the phoenix, at 3rd level you gain the ability to summon fire in an open hand to make a melee attack or heal a(n) ally with it, which can deal 1d8+ your Wisdom modifier in fire damage to a single target. The damage/healing is increased by 1d8 when you reach 5th, 9th, 12th, 15th and finally 17th levels.
The flames of the phoenix reside in you and act as a druidic focus for your Circle Spells and other druid spells that are fire based. You can use this ability per long rest equal to your proficiency bonus.
At the 6th level using phoenix flame grants phoenix empowerment for free.
Phoenix Empowerment
As an bonus action you can expand one wildshape to channel the flames of the phoenix for one minute. During that time, the damage/healing dice of any fire based spells you cast is increases by 2d8 at 5th, 9th, 12th and 15th level it empowers by an additional 1d8.
Aspect of The Phoenix
Starting at the 10th level you learn the secret of the phoenix, increasing your AC +2 only when this ability is active. When using fire based abilities of 1st level or higher, you can gain one of the following benefits for the next minute.
Phoenix Constitution: You gain advantage on saving throws against poison and disease. As well as resistance on fire, cold or poison damage.
Wings of the Phoenix: Gain 15ft of extra movement, also gain the ability to hover 5ft off the ground and the feather fall effect.
Phoenix Vitality: Engulf yourself in flames adding 1d10 fire damage to fire based abilities or heal yourself for 1d10 at the start of your turn.
Rise from The Ashes
At the 14th level the power of the phoenix courses through your body that can save you from death or turn enemy ashes into a sphere of flames. Upon reaching 0 hit points and falling unconscious, you can revive yourself once per long rest getting back up on your feet and regaining half of your hit points.
Alternatively any creature that died by your flames you can once per long rest form their souls into a flaming sphere that rises from the ashes staying in the spot they were created. Upon rising, the stagnant flaming spheres remain and any creature or ally that walks within 5ft of the sphere will take 4d8 + your Wisdom modifier fire damage or heal 4d8 + your Wisdom modifier.
