Base Class: Wizard
I wanted to revise the conjuration wizard with a few different or tweaked abilities that actually make them better at conjuration than the other wizard subclasses. I also wanted a conjuration subclass that focused more on conjuration of objects rather than summoning of creatures, I plan on making a different subclass for that. Much of what is presented in this subclass will be very similar to things presented in the conjuration subclass in the Players Handbook.
Conjuration Savant
Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, the gold and time you must spend to copy a conjuration spell into your spellbook is halved.
Enhanced Minor Conjuration
When you join this school at 2nd level, you immediately learn the Minor Conjuration spell. When you create an object with minor conjuration, it has one of the following benefits:
- The object can be up to 5 feet on one side.
- The object can deal damage.
Empowered Conjuration
Beginning at 6th level, you are practiced enough with conjuration magic to enhance your damaging effects. When you cast a spell to conjure an effect that deals damage, you can add your intelligence modifier to your damage rolls for that spell.
Improved Major Conjuration
At 10th level, you add the major conjuration spell to your spellbook if it not there already. When you cast major conjuration, you gain the following benefits for the casting:
- You can create a large or smaller object with a 4th level spell slot, a huge object with a 5th level spell slot, or a gargantuan object with a 7th level spell slot.
- The number of hours that an object created with the spell can last for is doubled.
Transposition
Starting at 14th level, you can use your action to teleport up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space that you can see. Alternatively, you can whose a space within range that is occupied by a small or medium creature. If the creature is unwilling, it must make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, or if the creature is willing, you both teleport, swapping places.
Alternatively, you can use your action to teleport an object that you can see within 60 feet of you to your hand. The object must be smaller than 5 feet on a side.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all uses on a long rest.
