Bard
Base Class: Bard

Bards of the College of Ignorance barely know anything about most things. Whether reading a book or hearing stories, they simply find themselves unable to learn about new things.

The loyalty of these bards lies in the few thing they do know about the world, although few and possibly incorrect.

Expert?

When you join the College of Ignorance at 3rd level, you gain expertise in one random skill, chosen by your DM.

Dull Insults

Also at 3rd level, you learn how to use your lack of wit to confuse and sap the competence of others. When a creature that you can see within 60 feet of you makes an an ability check you can use your reaction to expend up to three of your uses of Bardic Inspiration, rolling a Bardic Inspiration die and subtracting the number rolled from the creature’s roll. You can choose to use this feature after the creature makes its roll, saying that they got it all wrong and they should do what you suggest. The creature is immune if it can’t hear you or if it’s immune to being charmed.

Supplemental Magic

At 6th level, you learn how to lend your spells to your allies. As an action you may burn a number of bardic inspiration equal to half the spell's level (rounded up) to give one ally a use of one of your spells. The spell must have a one action casting time and cannot include material components. The receiver of the spell must maintain concentration for up to a minute to hold onto the spell until they cast it and may cast it as an action on their turn.

Mediocre Ability

Starting at 14th level, when any creature within 30 feet you can see makes an ability check you may spend a use of bardic inspiration to make the result of the roll become 10. You can do so after the roll but before knowing the result.
