Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Some barbarians are able to draw power from the elemental plane of fire itself. Such barbarians may have an Efreeti ancestor, others may have been touched by fire at an early age. Regardless of the origins of such power, their fury unleashes the fire within.

Blazing Strikes

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can channel energy from the plane of fire into you weapon strikes. While you are raging, the first creature you hit on each of your turns with a weapon attack takes extra fire damage equal to 1d6 + half your barbarian level.

Heart of the Inferno

Starting at 6th level, fire flows through your veins. You gain resistance to fire damage, and you can ignore the fire resistance of enemy creatures.

Breath of Fire

At 10th level, you can unleash a breath of fiery destruction. As a bonus action, you exhale fire in a 30ft cone. Each creature in that area must make a dexterity saving throw (DC 8 + you constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus), taking 3d6 + your barbarian level fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain any expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Ascendant Fiery Soul

At 14th level, your connection to the plane of fire is so strong that you become the true embodiment of fire and fury. You are immune to fire damage, and while you are raging, you are considered to be under the effect of a warm fire shield spell (You shed bright light in a 10ft radius and dim light for an additional 10ft. You gain resistance to cold damage. In addition, whenever a creature within 5ft of you hits you with a melee attack, the shield erupts with flame, causing the attacker to take 2d8 fire damage).
