Base Class: Cleric
Gods who lay claim to the Thespian Domain are often gods of art, theater and performance, but can also be ones of illusions, lies and deceptions. Such gods take pleasure in toying with mortal minds and senses - whether to drive them to the brink of insanity or to simply entertain.
Clerics of the Thespian Domain are often accomplished actors or spies who use their acting skills to deceive, trick and mislead their enemies. To complement their acting skills, these clerics also favor the magical schools of illusion and enchantment - using spells that fool one’s senses to further enhance their performances and deceptions.
Domain Spells
You gain domain spells at the cleric levels listed in the Thespian Domain Spells table. See the Divine Domain class feature for how domain spells work.

Bonus Cantrip
Beginning when you choose this domain at 1st level, you learn the Vicious Mockery cantrip, which counts as a cleric cantrip for you and does not count against your total number of cantrips known.
Thespian’s Mask
Also at 1st level, your deity has bestowed upon you a powerful artifact and magical abilities to complement your skills as an actor and deceiver. You gain proficiency in the Charisma (Deception) and Charisma (Performance) skills. You also obtain a so-called Thespian’s Mask, a magical mask gifted to you by your deity. This magical mask can serve as a Holy Symbol for your cleric spells and Channel Divinity options.
You can summon your Thespian’s Mask to your hand and equip it as a bonus action, no matter where it may be. While wearing your Thespian’s Mask, you can use an action to transform your physical appearance. You decide what your new form looks like, including your height, weight, facial features, sound of your voice, hair length, coloration, and distinguishing characteristics, if any. You can make yourself appear as a member of another race, though none of your statistics change. You also can't appear as a creature of a different size than you, and your basic shape stays the same; if you're bipedal, you can't use this spell to become quadrupedal, for instance.
Other creatures can use their action to roll a Wisdom (Insight) or Intelligence (Investigation) check against your Charisma (Deception) check while your appearance has been altered via your Thespian’s Mask. On a success, your true form becomes apparent to the creature, and you no longer gain any of the benefits from your Thespian’s Mask against that creature, for up to 24 hours.
After transforming using your mask, you stay in your new form until you use your action to revert to your true form, or until you are incapacitated.
Channel Divinity: Show Stealer
At 2nd level, you can channel the competitiveness of the stage’s limelight through your deity. As a reaction to a creature within 30 feet of you rolling a 20 on an attack roll, saving throw or ability check, you can expend a use of your Channel Divinity and alter the target’s result from a 20 to a 1.
Channel Divinity: Lost in the Crowd
At 6th level, you can channel the deceptive nature of acting and the fear of the unknown through your deity. As an action, you can choose one creature within 60 feet of you and expend a use of your Channel Divinity. The target must then make a Wisdom saving throw, taking psychic damage equal to 1d10 + half your cleric level rounded up, and becoming frightened of you for up to 1 minute on a failed save. While frightened of you in this way, the target views any creatures it sees - including its allies - as faceless enemies adorned with the same mask as you and must act accordingly.
A frightened creature can reroll its saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. If a target succeeds on its saving throw, it takes half damage and suffers no additional effects.
Potent Spellcasting
Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.
Masked Magic
At 17th level, your disguises aids your performances further, heightening the potency of your deceptive magic. While your appearance is disguised via your Thespian’s Mask feature, other creatures have disadvantage on saving throws they make against illusion and enchantment spells you cast.
