Barbaric Launch

Beginning at 6th level, you can use the Attack action to make a Special melee Attack, a throw. If you’re able to make multiple attacks with the Attack action, this Attack replaces one of them.

Using at least one free hand, you lift one creature you have grappled and throw them up to a number of feet equal to your Barbarian level x5. If they collide with an object before landing, they take 1d4 bludgeoning damage for each 5 feet traveled. If they would collide with a creature, that creature must make a Dexterity saving throw or be hit with the thrown creature, also taking the same amount of damage. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Strength modifier + your proficiency bonus. If they succeed the saving throw the thrown creature continues as it would have normally.

For each size category above medium, the range you can throw the creature is halved. For each size category below medium, the range you can throw the creature is doubled.

You can use this trait a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Pin Maneuver

Any creature you have grappled is restrained.

Why are you hitting yourself?

When you take damage from a creature that you are grappling, you can use your reaction to deal psychic damage equal to half the amount of damage they dealt.
