Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

A void Rogue harnesses the powers of the void. Whether that void is the abyss, or some other dark place, the energy has filled you with dark energy. You have become capable of resisting magic and destroying enemies using necrotic energy. This archetype balances crippling offense with powerful defense to create a true master of the night.

Void Magic

You have an inborn ability to use magic. Once per long rest you can cast the following spells,

Invisibility and Darkness.

You also gain a darkvision of 30ft if you don't already have it.

Shadow Strike

You have the ability to teleport and strike at your foes. As a bonus action, you can choose to use this ability to teleport up to 30 feet. This can be in any direction, including teleporting vertically but you must teleport at least 10ft. When you exit the teleportation, you can use an attack on a creature. On a hit, you deal extra necrotic damage equal to your sneak attack. After that, you can make a normal attack.

For example, a 3rd level Void Stalker could choose to teleport 30 feet. They exit directly next to a goblin and attack it. They hit ,and deal normal damage plus 2d6 necrotic. After that they make another attack with their daggers.

Sneak attack cannot be used on the same turn when you use this feature.

You can use this ability an amount of times equal to your Dex modifier(minimum of 2)

Void Armor

As a bonus action, your character can don their Void Armor. This covers them in a black smoke like material that completely covers them. While this armor is on, they gain a plus 1 to AC. Also, their Uncanny dodge will work on spells, and will work even when they don't see attacks or spells coming.

This last for 1 minute and can be used an amount of times equal to half your proficiency bonus.

This becomes a plus 2 to your proficiency bonus at level 13.

Chains of the Void

Your character can now create chains made of void energy. These chains can appear as dark misty chains, or red hot chains. This chain counts as a ranged weapon and has a range of 30 feet. On a hit, you deal 3d6+Dex modifier necrotic damage, grapple them, and can pull them 10 feet toward you. This chain lasts for 1 minute, but the target can escape by succeeding on a strength save,(DC= 8 + Proficiency Bonus + Constitution Modifier).

You can create this chain an amount of times equal to your Con modifier. This cannot be used on the same turn as your Shadow Strike.

The damage increases to 4d6 at level 17.

Child of the Void

Your Void Armor has become more powerful than ever.

-When you drop below 1 hit points you can make a Con save,(DC 18) and instead return to 5 hit points.

-You gain resistance to non magical damage. This does not count for silver weapons.

-On each attack, you deal an extra 2d6 necrotic damage. The extra damage that your target takes, you regain half as health.

For example, if you hit someone and deal 12 points of extra damage, you also regain 6HP.

This can only be used once per long rest and you gain a level of exhaustion after you use it.
