Base Class: Barbarian
Poisonous Blood
At 3rd level your blood has become so accustomed to the toxic substances you consume that it has become poisonous. During a long rest you can create a number of vials of blood poison equal to your proficiency bonus. You are also resistant to poison damage.
Quickened Blood
At 6th level you have modified your weapons to draw in poison directly. Applying any poison to a weapon or ammunition now only requires a bonus action, and you can draw your blood poison directly from your body in the middle of combat to do so or use a vial. When you draw from your body in this way, you take twice the number of damage dice you would roll when hitting a creature and the poison will expire after 12 seconds. This damage cannot be resisted or reduced in any way.
Metamorphic Blood
Choose between stable or unstable blood.
Stable Blood
Your careful precision with dosage has given your blood a stability that allows it to remain potent for 48 hours or two long rests. This only applies to poison created during rests.
Unstable Blood
At 10th level, your blood has become so unstable that you can change its nature at will. When you create your vials or draw from your body, you can determine if you create blood poison or blood acid. Blood acid follows the same rules as blood poison except it deals acid damage in regards to resistances and immunities, and instead of being poisoned on a saving throw they take an additional damage die worth of acid damage at the start of their next turn. You may also create an additional vial on a short rest.
Poison Body
At 14th level you gain immunity to poison. When you are hit with any attack that does piercing or slashing damage, you may select up to four creatures you can see within 10 feet. Those creatures become affected by your blood poison. They can roll their saves as normal. If you have unstable blood, you can determine if it acts as blood poison or acid blood.
