Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Some barbarians are born from cries of anarchy, forged in the crucible of oppression, and their best weapon is not always their sword, but their mind or their pen. Barbarians of this path, the Dissenters, use their minds as a rally cry, not relying solely on their own strength, but on the strength of those behind them and by their side. Their rage is the source of their activism, and their activism is the source of their rage. Some are victims of oppression, others are merely allies to the cause. In every instance, the strongest among them are also the wisest, and most intelligent.

Rage of the Oppressed

When you pick this subclass at level 3, your rage becomes a rallying cry for your allies. When you rage, you may choose any allied creatures that you can see that have fewer hit points than you. Chosen allies gain a bonus equal to your Intelligence modifier to their attack rolls and saving throws. This bonus remains until your rage ends, or until one of the chosen allied creatures has more hit points than you do at the beginning of your turn.

Hold Your Ground

At 6th level, you gain resistance to psychic damage while raging.

Rage of the Fallen

At 10th level, when your comrades fall in battle, their demise fuels your rage. When an allied creature you can see falls to 0 hit points, until the end of your next turn you can add your Intelligence modifier to your attack and damage rolls.

Rallying the Downtrodden

At 14th level, your furious presence is an encouraging call to arms for your allies. While you are raging, allies that can see or hear you within 60 feet of you gain advantage on their attack rolls. This lasts as long as the targets of your allies’ attacks have more hit points than you.
