Bard
Base Class: Bard

Bards of the College of the Blade Weaver take the expression of self wholeheartedly. So much so, that their very being, through dance, becomes a medium of said expression. No place is this expression more thrilling than in the midst of battle. For it is there that the edge of life dwindles and thrives. These bards, blade in hand, seek to dance on such a stage.

Intimate Arsenal

At 3rd Level, You fluidly wield and strike with your weapon as though holding close an intimate dance partner. You gain proficiency in martial weapons and shields. When you finish a short or long rest, you gain one of the following fighting styles until you finish another short or long rest:

Archery, Dueling, Great-weapon fighting, Thrown-weapon fighting, Two-weapon fighting, or Unarmed fighting.

When you attack with a weapon or unarmed strike that is benefitting from a fighting style you know, you can use your Charisma modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity, for the attack and damage rolls. If you are wielding a weapon that possesses the thrown property while knowing the Thrown-weapon fighting style, this benefit applies to attacks made with that weapon whether or not it is thrown. If you are wielding a one-handed weapon in each hand while knowing the Two-weapon fighting style, this benefit applies to attacks you make with either weapon whether or not you engage in two-weapon fighting.

Blade Weaver's Passions

At 3rd Level, Your passionate study of many dancing and martial techniques has made you a formidable warrior. You gain the following benefits:

Exquisite Dancer. Your exemplary elegance is unmatched, making you an exquisite performer. When you make a Dexterity (Acrobatics) or Charisma (Performance) check, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.

Sensational Cadence. The rhythmic sway of your hips are captivating and elusive, allowing you to flexibly avoid attacks through a combination of distracting charm and sly maneuvering. While unarmored, your AC is 10 + your Dexterity modifier + your Charisma modifier. Additionally, when you hit with a weapon attack on your turn while unarmored, the next 5 ft. of your movement does not provoke Opportunity Attacks.

Weaving Spellblade. Like your spirited strikes, you can channel your spells through weaponry and dance. You can use a simple or martial weapon as a spellcasting focus. Additionally, when you cast a spell, you can expend 5 ft. of your movement speed to weave a somatic component using your legs, instead of your hands. Moreover, somatic components weaved in this way fulfill the role of both a somatic and a verbal component at once, allowing you to use it in place of a spell's verbal component.

Flux of Blades

At 3rd level, The Bardic magic within your soul can rhythmically compell you to dance and strike with overwhelming grace and ferocity. Once on each of your turns, as an Action, you can expend a spell slot of any level in order to make a number of weapon attacks equal to 1 + half the spell level of the expended spell slot (rounded up). You can break up your movement before and after each attack, as if taking the Attack Action. You have advantage on attack rolls for these weapon attacks, and each to hit deals an additional amount of force damage equal to 1 of your Bardic Inspiration dice. For instance, if you are a 5th Level Bard expending a 3rd Level spell slot to take this action, you make 3 weapon attacks with advantage, each dealing an additional 1d8 force damage on a hit.

If taking the Attack Action would allow you to make a weapon attack as a Bonus Action, such as when you engage in two-weapon fighting, you can do so after using this feature, as though you had taken the Attack Action. When you attack as a Bonus Action due to using this feature, you have advantage on the attack roll, and you deal an additional amount of force damage equal to 1 of your Bardic Inspiration dice on a hit.

Extra Attack

At 6th level, You can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack Action on your turn. Moreover, in place of 1 of those attacks, you can either cast a cantrip or take the Dodge Action.

Climactic Crescendo

At 14th level, The ravishing rhythms of your dancing has become the ultimate display of self-expression, and can culminate in a riveting finale of blades and passions. If you expended a spell slot of 6th level or higher to use your "Flux of Blades" feature on your turn, you can make one additional weapon attack with advantage at the end of that turn (no Action required). The target of this attack is hit, regardless of the roll, provided it is within range. On a hit, this attack deals an additional force damage die for every weapon attack you had hit with on that turn, including for itself. These additional force damage dice are the size of your Bardic Inspiration dice. For instance, if you are a 17th Level Bard expending a 9th Level spell slot on your turn to use "Flux of Blades", you can make 6 weapon attacks for that action. You can then make a 7th attack with advantage at the end of that turn. This 7th attack cannot miss its target and will deal up to 7d12 additonal force damage on a hit, depending on how many of your previous attacks on that turn had hit.
