Druid
Base Class: Druid

Some druids attune to nature by taking the form of beasts. Others embrace the natural magic that inhabits the land itself. As part of the circle of omens, you embrace the rhythms of nature that allow you to see the web of fate that exists in all of nature. It exists in the wind, the birds, the water, and even your dreams. At first, you may only know how to divine fate as it is shown in the innards and entrails of beasts, but as you progress in this circle you will learn to read all of nature to predict the future.

Extispicy

At 2nd level, you gain the ability to examine the entrails of slaughtered beasts, whose connection with nature allows for insight into the threads of fate. You can spend 1 minute examining the entrails of any dead beast. After you have done so, gain one omen die. This is equal to one of that beasts' hit die. For instance, the entrails of a deer would give you 1d8 as an omen die, while a dire wolf would give you 1d10. If any other feature grants you an omen dice, those omen dice are d6s.

Whenever a creature you can see makes an attack roll or saving throw, you can use your reaction and expend of these dice to either add it or subtract it from the roll.

You can have a maximum number of omen dice equal to your druid level.

Ominous Spells

Your attention to the web of fate that connects all living things grants you the ability to cast other spells. At 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th level you gain access to ominous spells that allow to peer into that web and pull upon its strings.

Once you gain access to an ominous spell, you always have it prepared, and it doesn't count against the number of spells you can prepare each day. All of these spells are considered druid spells for you.

Waking Visions

At 6th level, you have honed your ability to see aspects of fate in nature wherever you look, be it the way water flows across earth, how birds move through the sky, or the pattern of moss against the rock. Whenever you expend a spell slot on a divination spell, you gain a number of omen dice equal to that spell's level.

Dream Vision

Skilled Diviner. When you cast a divination spell, you may expend a number of omen dice equal to the level of the spell instead of expending a spell slot.

Master Aruspice. You can use your Extispicy feature on creatures that have the following types in addition to beasts: aberration, dragon, fey, monstrosity, humanoid, and giant.

Fate Weaver. When you use a divination spell to spy on a creature, as with clairvoyance or scrying, you can expend three omen dice to cast bestow curse on a creature you can see. If you choose to expend more than three omen dice, you cast it at one level higher for every omen dice you spend. This immediately ends the divination spell you used to activate this ability.

Natural Harmony

At 14th level, you are completely in tune with the way nature shows the progress of fate. Once per long rest, casting commune with nature as a ritual grants you omen dice up to your wisdom modifier (minimum of one).
