You may take this feat if you are not greater than level 4 and have a constitution of 9 or less. Also, you must have traveled through the wilderness on foot for 45 of the last 60 days OR have traveled on foot from one known point to another a thousand miles apart. without your breaks in travel totaling more than 15 days.
- Add 2 to your constitution
- Adjust all previous hit die rolls to reflect your new constitution
- Adjust all your other stats that your weak constitution had affected.

Posted Sep 4, 2024Devil’s Advocate: I think there is interesting thematic potential here with regards to adding a mechanical boon to reflect a large and concentrated amount of travel.
That is kind of what character levels already do, in a way though. But I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt and assume this was to reward a particular exploration based play style.
Obviously it’s just an ASI with stipulations, so consider removing those.
Also, I’m pretty sure the point of taking feats is to gain added mechanical benefits instead to suit a specific build. And if they chose a 9 in Con, they probably dumped it on purpose for their build. It’s not a very common dump stat.
To improve: What if this was a boon which also allowed them to increase Con, and athletics, increased speed by five and gave advantage on constitution checks to fight exhaustion?
To reflect the fitness they would’ve developed.

Posted Oct 25, 2024I would walk 1,000 miles just to see you. Getting +2 CON is just the bonus.

Posted Feb 1, 2026wait hold on, I'm not entirely attuned to the 2024 rules but don't you lose the benefits of feats when the no longer meet perquisites? meaning that this feat provides no benefit after 4th level? also if that's the case wouldn't taking this feat at 8-9 con cause a paradox because 8 + 2 = 10 then you lose the benefits of this feat so your con goes back to 8 and you gain a +2 to con making it a 10 again etc., etc.?
