Submission 1- Staff of Jeff by TheGatoLover, in addition to Roomba Servant. The homebrew spells in it (not by Gato, but used in the brew) are contained in the following spoiler.

Yeah, Competition of the Finest Brews works similarly. Instead of inventing some way or using the honor code to prevent people from voting themselves, you just tell them to rate themselves max so that it all balances out.
