This is a build that gives you tons of skill profs. at first level!
For your race choose variant human. For your score increases do charisma and dexterity (for bard). For your feat do skilled. For your extra prof. choose what you want. Same goes for the skilled feat.
For class choose bard. For your skill profs. choose what ever you want. You can choose what ever background you like. I like criminal.
That's 9 skill profs. 1 from variant human, 3 from skilled feat, 3 from bard class and 2 from your background. This is all at the start. Have fun!
But a bard has Jack of all Trades.... a bard won't need all those skills, since in the long run it'll be a huge disadvantage when you have 3-4 skills you may never use (Acrobatics, since Athletics is better, for one) when you could use that feat point putting you at an advantage at early levels with something like Lucky (The most OP feat, in my opinion) or even choosing a different race altogether to better compliment your bard's ability scores, such as a Half-Elf.
