I have purchased Waterdeep: Dragon Heist and Dungeon of The Mad Mage. Both show up in the Compendium as downloadable with the cloud icon. When I try to download them I get the warning that I don’t have WiFi and the prompt asks if I want to download. If I tap Download nothing happens. I do not have the setting “Large Downloads require WiFi” on. I have purchased many source books and adventures and these are the only ones I have trouble with.

Also tried when I am on WiFi with phone and my iPad and had the same problem.

Is there a better way to get support for this issue?

I did try that after reading other posts. No luck though.

Hey there - I've checked your account and this is part of a known issue where the Waterdeep adventures are showing as accessible after purchasing the Sourcebook bundle. As both of these books are adventures and not sourcebooks, they are incorrectly showing as available to download. As the books aren't actually owned, when attempting to download nothing happens (since the account does not have the permission to access the books).
