I subscribed to a monthly Master tier last month and it has run out. When trying to resubscribe it says : Your active subscription will be shown below, if you would like to change subsctiption tiers you must cancel your current subscription.
But it shows a blank page with no option at all. as if nothing on the page was loading. I tried with Chrom and Explorer and got the same result. What's going on. I just want to give you my money!

Any major billing issues should be referred to Customer Support. Please send a ticket in with them and they'll be able to look into your issue.
