On the mobile version of the site there is no button to add features to a race.
Note: The subclass screen does have the button displayed correctly.
Edit: I meant to say “add racial trait” button does not display.
try turning the device in landscape orientation: does it show up then?

Yup, that does show it. Good work-around for now.
The subclass has the button in portrait mode, so I'm assuming this is still a bug they will want to address.
