Issue: homebrew magic item creation modifier option 'set base' does not function as expected.
Steps to reproduce: When creating a Homebrew Magic item, select Create Modifier. From Modifier Type drop down select 'Set Base' Modifier type populates for type 'Sense' (Blindsight, Darkvision, Tremorsense, Truesight)
Expected Behavior: When selecting 'Set Base' from Modifier Type, I expect to see various modifiers I can set base values for, for example, base weapon damage.
The issue lies not with the modifier but with your expectations. You expected it to do something other than what it does. That modifier sets the base distances for those senses.
As of currently, we cannot alter things like base weapon damage.
