The Armblade and some of the other infusions are considered to be Eberron Content - which means you need to turn that on (red/right) in the Home section of the character builder.
To clarify, I can create a character with armblades available.
But when I am reading in the "game rules" section for artificer class it does not show it in the list of infusions, and i see it show on other peoples accounts when on the same page.
When I go to "Game Rules"
Artificers - there is no mention of armblades in the 2nd level infusion section. And it looks like other infusions are missing.

I do have it turned on, I also have it purchased.
In that case - link the problematic character so that a mod can take a closer look.

Hi there!
There's 100% nothing missing there at all. 😊
I'm assuming you're looking at the infusion Replicate Magic Item?
Note that these rules changes when Tasha's Cauldron of Everything was released, and this infusion now includes the text:
The armblade is a common magic item, so is therefore covered and not specifically listed in the tables.

Haha, Tasha's should have included glasses of reading...
Thank you.
