So whenever I try to make changes to a current character or create a new character, nothing seems to be changed. I've tried logging out and back in and I've also disabled all extensions on my chrome browser. Issue also seems to persist when using the new dndbeyond app. Deleting characters and creating completely random characters do seem to work though (although once a new random character is created it can not be edited).
Thank you for taking the time to look up common fixes and for telling you what you tried!
since you have tried the usual steps we recommend, I suggest that you submit a support ticket. Once you do, please be patient and please don't submit duplicate tickets. When they get bogged down, it's often because of duplicate tickets.

Can you clarify what you mean a bit? To confirm the steps:
You make a change(s) to Character "A", it saves properly on that character sheet.
You make a copy of that character. (For all intents and purposes, Character "B").
Character "B" doesn't have any of the changes you just made on Character "A".
Am I correct in what I'm saying? Or is there something I'm missing?
Sorry if that wasn't clear. The issue doesn't appear to be happening anymore but these are the two different things that were happening.
Making a new character:
Create a new standard character and fill out all the character creation stuff.
Go to view character sheet and am redirect to a screen that tells me I didn't fill out enough information to generate the character sheet.
The character builder page reloads as if nothing had been filled out.
Editing old character:
Go into character builder for old character and increase it's level, change spells, and add items.
Attempt to go back into the view character sheet.
Character sheet loads with no edits made.
I'm currently not experiencing this but I have experienced this a handful of times in the past but it seems to fix itself the following day (just makes it slightly annoying on days I'm playing D&D with the sheet). I thought it made have been an issue with using the chrome extension "Beyond20" which links your dndbeyond rolls straight into a roll20 tab but I attempted to disable that and reload dndbeyond but still had issues. I had also tried logging out of my account and then back into the account to see if that may fix anything. Thankfully I'm not having the issue now so I'm not pressed for a fix.
