In order to use it on a character sheet you must make sure that you have Critical Role content enabled in the character creator.
If you still cant find it it would be worth making sure that your account information is slinked properly by going into "Account -> Marketplace" and looking at the top of the page where it says Account Entitlements.
So I bought echo knight but how do I read it I can’t find it anywhere and I did pay for it
