I just purchased Explorer’s Guide to Wildemount on the mobile app. I do not have access to it as of yet in my sourcebooks.How long does it take to show as an available source?
Are you asking how long it takes to show up on the App? If so, which app are you using?
On the website it should show up almost immediately. Generally if you can't find something you should go to Account -> Marketplace and make sure that your account is slinked up, especially from an on app purchase.
Also, in order to access that content within the character creator you have to enable Critical Role content within the character creator on the home page.
Hello Conal, thank you for answering. The app I am using and which i made the purchase from was DDB READER.
I had to confirm, but the phone is showing linked and the charge seems to have gone through but the sourcebook is still not showing on the App. I have submitted a request and hopefully that will help get this resolved.
Kindly note that this issue was resolved today and the sourcebook is showing normally.
For your information, as of yesterday, I could see all other sourcebooks i had purchased, not including the one in question. Furthermore, when i tried to select it from the Compendium tab, it would prompt me to re-purchase it.
