Hi all, I'm reasonably new to Dndbeyond, and have bought the PHB here, and I notice that the price of the PHB has been taken off the price of the mega bundle.
My question is does this system filter down? ie, if I buy sub-content from, say, the DMG, will that be reflected in the price of the DMG itself?
Alternatively put, if I buy enough subcontent, will I essentially unlock the sub-content group, or eventually the full book?
The answer is yes, if you buy a sub-content from a source, the money spent is subtracted from the final price of that source. This is true for the Legendary Bundle as well.
It would be neat if the marketplace pages explained this themselves. For example under the "Additional Purchase Options" heading on each sourcebook/adventure book page, it could say "Any individual purchase will apply a discount to a future purchase of the full book."

To add to what Filcat has said, there's a Pricing & Purchase FAQ that may answer any other questions you have.
